Blue Diamonds Training and Consulting, Inc. was founded to uplift underserved youth ages 14–24 by centering culturally relevant education and empowerment. Our mission is to break generational cycles of poverty and academic disengagement through dynamic programming that weaves together literacy, leadership, and workforce development, including our impactful Literacy Bus initiative and Youth Business Incubator.
The Youth Business Incubator is a cornerstone of our work, helping young people explore entrepreneurship, launch real businesses, and gain hands-on experience in branding, finance, and customer engagement. By offering mentorship, training, and startup resources, we equip youth with the tools to create their own economic opportunities and build generational wealth.
At Blue Diamonds, we meet youth where they are. Our dedicated facilitators—who reflect the communities we serve—partner with families, schools, and local organizations to provide safe, empowering spaces.
